A moisture test of the whole interior of the property with two non-invasive moisture meters.
No paper work is included with this inspection. With a verbal inspection, the builder will walk around the property with the client and list in detail all of the problem areas. The inspection will also be able to give the client a rough quote of how much is could potentially cost you to repair and maintain the home. If the client is unable to attend the walk around of the property, the inspector will make notes and provide the inspection over the phone or in person when it is next convenient.
Additional Add On Services
$175 + GST for the first sample tested. $90 + gst for additional samples. Areas we recommend are tested are cladding, roofing, vinyl, fibre cement sheeting, internal ceilings, plumbing lagging.
Get a written report binded and couriered to your home or workplace for an extra $30.00 inc GST.
Please note: An hourly rate of $85.00 + GST will incur if there are additional requests to be added to the report. One house visit per inspection has been included in initial costs; additional visits requested by the client will be charged at the above hourly rate. Any extra work out side of the reports, requested by the client, e.g. letters to lawyers or agents, will also be charged at the above hourly rate.
