Tom is a proud owner and director of CheckHome Canterbury. Based in Christchurch, Tom’s background is in high spec construction. He is a licensed building practitioner and registered building inspector. Tom is passionate about property and and he loves helping clients with their property needs. He enjoys the Canterbury life style and is a keen sportsman.

Dion

Building Inspector (Canterbury)

Dion is a qualified builder who did his pre-trade qualification in Christchurch and finished his apprenticeship in Marlborough before returning home to Canterbury. He has over 10 years experience in the building industry working in both the commercial and residential sectors.

Penny

Manager – Christchurch & Manawatu/Whanganui Area

Penny is Tom’s wife and an integral part of the Canterbury and Manawatu/Rangitikei teams. With a degree in marketing, Penny also takes care of the day to day bookings and running of both areas.
