Interior Building Inspection

Fixtures and fittings
Walls: covering and cracking
Nails popping and defective lining

Floors: all accessible areas, cracking, level

Wet Areas

Check for dampness and the overall condition of fittings
Cracked, loose or drummy tiles

Plumbing leaks
Check water pressure and leaks

Driveway, paths, fencing, gates and general garden condition

Retaining walls
