Please note: An hourly rate of $95 will incur if there are additional requests to be added to the report. One house visit per inspection has been included in initial costs; additional visits requested by the client will be charged at the above hourly rate. Any extra work out side of the reports, requested by the client, e.g. letters to lawyers or agents, will also be charged at the above hourly rate.
